What is Mindfulness Meditation?

Mindfulness Meditation is a form of meditation designed to develop the skill of paying attention to our inner and outer experiences with acceptance, patience, and compassion. You will be given three simple instructions on how to practice Mindfulness Meditation. They include taking your seat, placing your attention on your breathing, and labeling thoughts as thinking.

Mindfulness Meditation is for anyone who finds they have continuous or frequent mental distractions leading to stress, anxiety, fear, worry, or other emotional sufferings.

What are the benefits of Mindfulness Meditation?

Research studies have shown that having a regular Mindfulness Meditation practice has proven benefits. The following are a few of these:
