During my journey with the Positive Intelligence Program, I identified my top two Saboteurs—the Hyper-Achiever and the Restless.
🛑 The Hyper-Achiever constantly pushed me to do more, setting impossibly high standards and leaving me feeling stressed and inadequate.
🛑 The Restless Saboteur made it difficult to stay present, always urging me to move on to the next goal without appreciating accomplishments.
By learning what Positive Intelligence is and how it works, I recognized these patterns and took steps to quiet my Saboteurs.
