How It Works

Daily Focus

Complete five 3-minute daily interventions.  Bite-size practices enable you to build stronger mental muscles (new neural pathways). These exercises fit your busy schedule and are customized based on how you self-sabotage.

Weekly Focus

Weekly hour-long video delivers deep experiential exploration of the week’s focus. You’ll feel inspired and energized to practice during the week to sustain the benefits experienced during the video sessions.

Measurable Progress

You’ll feel motivated through instant feedback on your progress toward building the three core muscles of mental fitness. Brain rewiring may be visible in MRI imaging in as little as eight weeks!

Community Support

An accountability group with other program participants supports you. 30-Minute Weekly Support Meeting to discuss progress, next steps, and questions.  Research has shown this to be a critical success factor for establishing lasting new positive habits of the mind.


Eight Weeks of Foundation Building

Six-week app-driven program includes a kickoff session and a debriefing session at the end.  Read or listen to 8 chapters of the Positive Intelligence® book (included) over the eight weeks.
